Sourcing Policies & Buyer Guarantees

Transparency is the foundation of our manufacturing partnerships. Below are the standard operating procedures (SOPs) governing our sampling, production, and export processes for all international clients.

Policy: To ensure we dedicate resources to serious buyers, samples are charged at 2x to 3x the estimated FOB price.

Refund: 100% of the sampling cost is adjusted/refunded against the second bulk production order (MOQ applies).
Timeline: Proto-samples are typically dispatched within 21- 25 days of Tech Pack receipt.
Courier: Courier charges are on the buyer’s account (DHL/FedEx account number required). If that is not possible we will add the charges with in the overall sampling charges.

Policy: To ensure we deliver the best and acceptable quality to our Global clients.

Standard: We manufacture to AQL 2.5 (Acceptable Quality Limit) standards for defects. You can download our Inspection report to see the methods of Synerg’s AQL Inspection.
Inspection: Clients are encouraged to appoint 3rd party agencies (SGS, Intertek, QIMA) for pre-shipment inspection at our Tirupur facility.
Replacement Guarantee: In the rare event of manufacturing defects exceeding agreed tolerance limits, The Synerg commits to a Free Replacement or Credit Note for the defective quantity. Claims must be submitted with photographic evidence within 30 days of goods receipt.

Policy: To ensure we deliver the best and acceptable quality to our Global clients.

Standard Terms: 30% Advance T/T to initiate production, 70% Balance before shipment (or against BL Copy for approved partners).
Currency: We accept payments in USD ($), GBP (£), and EUR (€) via our corporate bank accounts in India.
Incoterms:We ship FOB (Chennai/Tuticorin), CIF, or DDP (USA/UK/Europe only).

Confidentiality: Your designs, tech packs, and patterns are your exclusive property. We are happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). We do not display client designs on social media without written permission.

1. Do you charge for clothing samples?

Yes, we charge 2x to 3x the FOB price for samples. However, this cost is fully refunded/adjusted when you place a bulk production order.

2. What is your defect replacement policy?

We follow AQL 2.5 standards. If defects exceed this limit, we offer a free replacement or credit note for claims made within 30 days of receipt.

3. What payment methods do you accept for exports?

We accept Bank T/T (Wire Transfer) in USD, GBP, and EUR. Standard terms are 30% Advance and 70% Before Shipment. L/C is accepted for large orders.
